Kristi is a master-level trainer, coach, and speaker. She is no stranger to creating and delivering innovative learning experiences, immersive instructional environments, and fun, safe spaces to learn and grow. In her near three decades of mentoring and teaching, her clients have ranged from small-scale solopreneurs to large-scale organizations who did not realize they still had boundaries to break and creative edges to challenge. Her students and clients alike have learned how to break (smash?) the rules of their own game to unlock their abilities, confidence, and authenticity to go far beyond their own perceived potential and rise above the noise of industry competitors. Kristi’s workshops include building high-impact, interactive presentations, design thinking facilitation, and train-the-trainer programs for organizations determined to break the mold of same-old-same-old education and training. Her nearly thirty-year background in consulting, training, instructional design, teaching, gamification-driven facilitation, curriculum development, coaching, and mentoring guarantees she is a versatile, yet vital, part of the team both in front of and behind the scenes.
